## VERSION 1.2 (01/07/2000)
<< Completely different usage of dictionary (Way faster - wee!)
<< Implements SoftBear PDI1.1 (dictionary file format) which has minor improvements
++ Revised 3000 lines of code, removing outdated code and optimizing heavily
++ Managed to squeeze down the file size some KB's despite new code
!! Fixed a bug which caused the "Download dictionary" function to launch the wrong URL
** SoftBear Dictionary Processor 1.0 is soon to be available for download. This utility will enable you to make your own dictionaries, and easily compiling them into the PDI1.1 file format.
** Some of the links in the "Recommended links" function is already broken. Will fix soon! Promise!
** Working on some new plugins, presets and dictionaries. Probably done in next version!

## VERSION 1.3 (8/11/2000)
<< Mousewheel support. Scroll the mousewheel any place in the window to scroll the list of results.
<< Internal Browser added! Update, download, read, browse and more from within Pardon! Neat, huh?
>> Removed some outdated articles from the help-system. Rewrote several parts!
++ Implements the new SoftBear PDI2 dictionary file specification, which enables dictionaries to be contained in a single file, without the INI files used in earlier versions. Old dictionaries is not compatible with this version (sorry)!
++ Heavily optimized "select dictionary" dialog. Swooosh!
++ Replaced the presets with some better ones. Feel free to make your own and send them to us for inclusion!
++ Recommended links saved centralized for easier maintenance and updating. See web-site for updated links!
++ Pardon now behaves better with corrupt dictionaries. PDI2 integrity check implemented.
++ The default settings is improved. More practical for most users. Feel free to use the settings-dialog to adjust!
++ Visual improvements. The standard layout is nicer, although a bit basic. Feel free to spice up! (we recommend the blueish preset <g>)

<< Added vocabulary practice and testing tool! Use it to learn new words more effectively.
<< Now supports Microsoft Agent (if installed). Can read words and sentences out loud!

<< Added tabbed buttons on top to make Pardon more multitasking. You can now surf the Net while using a dictionary. Easy switching with keys Ctrl and a number

!! Fixed a bug which caused an access violation with dictionaries with very long entries, such as the computer terminology dictionary. 
!! Fixed a couple of bugs in the "recently used dictionaries" system. Should be perfect now.
** Your old settings are not compatible with the new system, and will not be used by Pardon. They will need to be set again.
